Winter 2019

The year’s end seems to have crept up suddenly and brought with it a sense of calm and reflection. As the seasonal chill descends I’ve been producing a range of works on one of my favourite subjects - Winter! Snowscapes and frosts have dominated my recent work and with the opening of my online store this year I’m now able to sell a selection of pieces direct from the studio as well as through the many fantastic galleries I’m lucky enough to show with. It’s always wonderful to see work head off to a new home and to receive photos of the pieces in situ from happy customers so thank you to all the lovely people who have supported me over the year.

Much of 2019 has been spent completing work on Grays Wharf, the studio complex I helped establish back in 2017, so I'm looking incredibly forward to refocusing on my painting in 2020 with plans to develop a new collection fusing my drawing and painting styles…watch this space!

In the meantime I’d like to wish you all a very Happy Christmas break and a peaceful, enjoyable New Year for 2020.
